Amanda Bauer
Amanda Bauer grew up in a family of educators, and, from the time she could talk, she was “playing school” with her dolls and stuffed animals. She knew from an early age that she wanted to be a teacher, so when she was hired in 2006 to teach English at Randolph High School, it was a dream come true. During her eight years in the classroom, Ms. Bauer sponsored a variety of extracurricular activities, including student council, NHS, and eight academic UIL events. She also spent eleven years as the director of the outstanding RHS Cadette Dance Team. Additionally, Ms. Bauer served as a campus administrator at Randolph Secondary Schools for the past ten years, first as the associate principal and then as the vice principal. Ms. Bauer truly cherishes the experiences she has gained and the relationships she has built during her years in the district, and she is thrilled to take on the new role of Director of Community Engagement & Public Relations for Randolph Field ISD.
